• Not engage in any activity that disrupts our services
• Provide timely feedback and approvals as needed

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and payment methods, will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Ad spend is billed separately from management fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Unilead.ai website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Work product created specifically for you as part of our services will be transferred to you upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, campaign data, and client lists.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Outstanding fees become immediately due
• Access to accounts and assets will be transferred
• Confidentiality obligations continue

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
